As part of the newly launched “Blue Night Network” bringing 24-hour transit service to the suburban areas of Toronto, service begins on the 319 WILSON BLUE NIGHT route. Buses operate from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m., 7 days a week, following the route of the daytime main 96 WILSON branch between York Mills station and Humber College, except that buses do not serve stops within Wilson and York Mills subway stations. The service is operated out of Wilson Garage.

Coincident with the closure of Davenport Garage, and a general reorganization of bus route assignments, service on this route is transferred to Arrow Road Garage.

February 14, 1999

Service revised in the west end to provide more efficient coverage of the area. Buses now operate over the regular route to Martin Grove, and then follow Martin Grove north to Steeles, and Steeles west to the existing loop just west of the railway overpass. Service on the route west of Martin Grove is replaced by a rerouted 309 FINCH WEST NIGHT service.
