YRT revises routes and services, January 4

York Region Transit is making various changes to its services, starting Sunday, January 4.

In Georgina, it’s reorganizing its 51 Keswick local service, so that buses operate to and from the new Highway 404 / Woodbine “Park ‘n’ Ride” carpool lot, just off the newest section of Highway 404. Speaking of GO, it recently adjusted the schedules for Monday-to-Friday morning trains operating along the north end of the 65 Barrie line. YRT is responding by similarly adjusting schedules for many of its buses that serve East Gwillimbury, Newmarket and Aurora GO Station.
