Platform restrictions at Ajax GO Station,
starting September 23

Due to the ongoing construction project to upgrade the platform at Ajax GO Station, starting next Monday, September 23, GO Transit is placing the east half of the platform and the east pedestrian tunnel out of service. At the same time, it will reopen the west end of the platform and the new west pedestrian tunnel connecting the platform to the parking structure.

During this time, you can only board and exit the westernmost coaches of the train as GO staff will keep the four east-end coaches closed, when trains arrive in Ajax.

Also, starting today, Sunday, September 22, GO is closing two sections of the passenger drop-off and pick-up facility — the “Kiss ‘n’ Ride” — for about six weeks, while crews work to expand the facility.
